Details of the Program:

This program is designed to enable you to accumulate a high amount of volume spread evenly over the week. All muscle groups are hit twice a week, with some muscles like arms and calfs more frequent. This is adviced for someone with no less than intermediate experience (12 months of effective previous training or 6 month coach lead training).
